About Pioneer Hill

Welcome to Pioneer Hill! This hill got its name from being the first of the four Pullman hills to be settled by the earliest pioneers. You’ll find established landscapes and cozy homes with a variety of architecture and style. The multigenerational neighborhood is great for walking and seeing friendly faces out and about. The 800 Meadow Vale home opens into Lawson Gardens from its back yard, with Kruegel Park just a short walk away.

“June Bug Jitter” happens once a year where neighbors come together to enjoy a casual potluck at the home just across the street. During the year-end holidays you might find a plate of cookies on your doorstep.
